Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2025. /Kabar/. The first overseas polling station for Kyrgyzstan’s early parliamentary elections has opened in one of Russia’s most remote regions — the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky — at polling station No. 9095. Kyrgyz citizens residing abroad will be able to exercise their constitutional right to vote in accordance with the new electoral legislation.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the first Kyrgyz citizen to cast a ballot at this polling station was voter O.M.A. He expressed gratitude and satisfaction at having the opportunity to vote despite the significant distance from his homeland.

Polling stations for early parliamentary elections opened in Kyrgyzstan at 8:00 a.m.

Today, the republic will elect 90 deputies of the eighth convocation. Voting is being conducted under a majoritarian system. Thirty constituencies have been formed across the country, each electing three deputies. A total of 460 candidates are making claim for parliamentary seats.
