On December 30, 2025, a telephone conversation took place between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.
The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the high level of Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation, mutual support at the bilateral level, as well as within the framework of multilateral interaction. The results of a productive year of joint work were summed up and the stable positive dynamics in the development of bilateral relations were noted.
During the conversation, the current state and prospects for further deepening cooperation, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest were discussed. The parties emphasized the importance of close coordination and constant political dialogue.
The ministers confirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthening relations of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
