"You are visiting Kyrgyzstan for the first time as Foreign Minister, thus opening a new chapter in the history of Kyrgyz-Montenegrin cooperation. Our countries are similar both in territory and economic structure. Therefore, I am confident that we will quickly find broad avenues for cooperation. This June, we will celebrate the 17th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. There are no political differences between us. Therefore, our efforts will be focused on developing cooperation and strengthening various economic ties," emphasized Jeenbek Kulubaev.
The two countries previously signed an agreement waiving visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports.
