Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2025. /Kabar/. Gold prices in Kyrgyzstan continue to rise rapidly, setting new highs. According to the National Bank, gold bar prices have been updated and reached record highs since the beginning of the year.
As of October 7, 2025, a 1-gram bar is selling for 12535 soms, 180 soms higher than the previous day. The price of a 100-gram bar rose to 1147581 soms, the highest price for 2025. The buyback price is 1114156 soms.
The increase observed across all weight categories:
1 g - 12,535.5 soms (+180 soms);
5 g - 57,565 soms (+907 soms);
10 grams — 113,193.5 soms (+1,812 soms);
31.1035 grams (1 ounce) — 353,152.5 soms (+5,700 soms);
100 grams — 1,147,581 soms (+18,595 soms).
Thus, gold price has risen for the sixth day in a row, reflecting growing demand for precious metals. For comparison, at the beginning of September 2025, the price of a 100-gram bar was 1,044,806 soms, and has increased by almost 103,000 soms over the month. Gold prices are also breaking records on the global market: on the morning of October 7, prices on the Comex exchange (New York) exceeded $4,000 per troy ounce.
Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC reported to the Kabar agency that since the opening of the brand store (September 2024), profit from the sale of measured ingots amounted to 335.6 million soms.
