Bishkek, July 9, 2025. /Kabar/. From July 5 to August 25, a large-scale agricultural fair "Issyk-Kul 2025" began its work at the hippodrome in Cholpon-Ata city. It was organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The fair presents products of farmers and artisans from all over the country:
- farm products - fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat, honey from local producers;
- homemade pastries and sweets - the aromas of traditional cuisine and handicrafts;
- ethnic clothing from artisans;
- flowers and ornamental plants - seedlings, bouquets and care tips.
- master classes and tasting - jams, oils, herbal infusions and recipes based on them.
The main goal of the event is to support domestic producers and develop local agriculture. Fair guests will be able to purchase environmentally friendly products directly from farmers and enjoy the atmosphere of family recreation on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul.
The funds raised from the fair will be used to develop the hippodrome and support horse breeding in Kyrgyzstan.
