Bishkek, Feb. 18, 2025. /Kabar/. The Ton Childesi Winter Festival was held in the Ton regionof Issyk-Kul Oblast.

The Tourism Development Support Fund, the bright event attracted not only local residents, but also tourists from Saudi Arabia, media representatives and bloggers.

The festival program included many interesting activities that immersed all participants in the atmosphere of Kyrgyz culture and traditions. It began with the narration of the Manas epic and the concert program on national musical instruments.

Particular attention was paid to national games: buka tartysh, ordo, kyz kuumai, er oodarysh and orompoi. And one of the most striking parts of the program was the demonstration of ethnic Kyrgyz clothing, handmade, with bright patterns and unique details.

The culmination of the holiday was the collective installation of the national Kyrgyz yurt.

Everyone participated in the process - musicians, berkutchi, and tourists, symbolizing the unity and connection of generations. The festival became a real celebration of craftsmanship and culture. In the future, the organizers plan to make it regular and even more eventful in terms of the program.
