Bishkek, Nov. 18, 2025. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev attended the 24th meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO Heads of Government Council) in a restricted format.
The event began with a meeting between the heads of delegations and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, followed by the traditional group photo ceremony.
During the closed-door meeting, the heads of government and delegations of the SCO member states held fruitful discussions on key issues in developing multilateral cooperation. Participants examined current challenges facing the global economy and identified specific ways to strengthen multilateral integration within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Emphasis was also placed on deepening intra-organizational cooperation, including through the development of common economic instruments and the creation of conditions for closer ties across various sectors.
