Bishkek, March 24, 2026 /Kabar/. During a working visit to Talas oblast, Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers inspected the construction of several social facilities. According to the Cabinet of Ministers, Kasymaliev inspected the construction of Balastan children's entertainment center in Talas.
The facility, which is being built on a 6.5-hectare site, is being financed by the Stabilization Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Talas Oblast Development Fund.
Then, the Chairman inspected the operations of Talas regional united hospital. The medical facility's buildings are located in three locations, creating certain challenges for doctor consultations, drug and food delivery, and increasing fuel costs. Therefore, it is necessary to build a modern 300-bed hospital. Head of the Cabinet of Ministers gave corresponding instructions to address this issue.
Adylbek Kasymaliev also inspected the construction of a perinatal center under the "Maternal and Child Health Protection" program. The facility has a capacity of 63 beds. The total cost of the project is €6 million, and it is being implemented with financial support from the German government.
During his working visit, he inspected the construction of the central stadium in Talas. The stadium will be open by the end of August this year.
Kasymaliev also inspected the construction of the Akylman Presidential Lyceum in Talas, the central mosque, and the central park.
Furthermore, he inspected the construction of the K. Nurzhanov Alley in Talas and visited the building of Talas State University, which is being built with funding from the Stabilization Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic. Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed the relevant government agencies to ensure high-quality and timely completion of construction work at these sites.
