Bishkek, April 2, 2025. /Kabar /. On April 1, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the People's Republic of China Aktilek Musaeva took part in the solemn celebration of the spring equinox holiday - Nooruz.
The diplomatic mission reported that the event was organized by the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) jointly with the embassies of the "SCO family" in China and was held under the motto "Navruz-2025: Harmony of Traditions and Sustainable Development".
The event was attended by SCO Secretary General Nurlan Ermekbaev, heads and representatives of diplomatic missions of the SCO member states, observers and dialogue partners, distinguished guests from the Chinese side and media representatives. As part of the celebration, a concert program was held, during which national musical numbers of the Organization's member countries were presented.
The Kyrgyz Embassy organized a tasting of traditional Kyrgyz dishes, an exhibition of national applied art, and also presented introductory and tourist brochures introducing guests to the culture and sights of Kyrgyzstan.
