Bishkek, July 24, 2026. /Kabar/. During a working visit to Talas oblast, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev inspected the construction and reconstruction of several facilities.
The chairman inspected the construction of the Aitmatov Aalam historical and memorial complex, where he learned about the project's progress. The complex is being created as a modern cultural and memorial space dedicated to the life and creative legacy of the world-renowned Kyrgyz writer Chyngyz Aitmatov.
Adylbek Kasymaliev also inspected the results of the major renovation of the Chon-Kapka checkpoint on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border. He was briefed on the modernization of the checkpoint's infrastructure.
The chairman then inspected the construction of the Balastan entertainment center in Talas, where he learned about the project's prospects. The complex covers a total area of 6.5 hectares. The project includes nine buildings and includes the creation of modern infrastructure for recreation and leisure.
During his visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev also visited asphalt concrete, reinforced concrete, and stone crushing plants in Talas city, where he learned about their production operations. It was noted that the operation of these plants plays a vital role in providing the region's construction projects with necessary materials and contributes to the development of the region's industrial potential.
Following his site visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the need to adhere to established construction deadlines, ensure high-quality workmanship, and commission the facilities on time. He noted that the projects being implemented are crucial for the socioeconomic development of the Talas region and improving the quality of life of the population.
The social facilities will be opened in time for Independence Day on August 31.
