Kyrgyz Cabinet head attends meeting of Eurasian Intergovernmental Council

Bishkek, March 26, 2026. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, as part of a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, attended a restricted-attendance meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers, greeting ceremonies and a joint photo session took place before the meeting.

The meeting addressed a number of issues aimed at further deepening economic integration and a wide range of multilateral cooperation within the EAEU. The heads of government of the EAEU member states participated in the restricted-format meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council: Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Turchin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mher Grigoryan, and Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Bakytzhan Sagintayev.

The expanded meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council will continue tomorrow, March 27, and will consider more than ten issues.
