Bishkek, Dec. 2, 2025. /Kabar/. The Central Election Commission (CEC) clarifies the procedure and deadlines for tabulating the voting results and determining the results of the early elections of deputies of the Zhogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) held on November 30, 2025.
Voting Results:
1.In accordance with the law, the ACS data is preliminary; precinct election commissions tabulate the voting results at the relevant polling station based on the results of manual count.
Within three calendar days after the voting results at polling station are tabulated, they may be appealed to the district election commissions.
2. District election commissions (DECs), based on the voting results protocols received from precinct election commissions, summarize the data contained therein, create a summary table, and summarize the voting results for the district.
DEC decisions on establishing voting results for the relevant territory may be appealed to the Central Election Commission within three calendar days of the district election commissions tabulating the results.
3. Determination of election results (CEC):
The Central Election Commission, based on the district commission protocol data, determines the election results in the district no later than 13 calendar days from election day (before December 14, 2025), i.e., determines the three deputies of the Zhogorku Kenesh elected in the district. Decisions of the Central Election Commission may be appealed in court within three days.
When making decisions on voting results and election outcomes, electoral commissions at all levels are required to review all received complaints (statements) regarding violations during the preparation and conduct of elections and make a decision on each complaint (statement).
