Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2026 /Kabar/. Today, January 29, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Meder Abakirov met with Chinese Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Liu Jiangping.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan said that during the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to Kyrgyz-Chinese cooperation, paying particular attention to the implementation of joint projects in trade, economic, and investment spheres.
In addition, high-level and senior-level visits were discussed, and views were exchanged on key aspects of preparing and holding significant events in the Kyrgyz Republic. Following the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to further developing bilateral cooperation and identified priority areas of interaction for 2026.
