Bishkek, May 18, 2026 /Kabar/. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Meder Abakirov received copies of credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of Mongolia to Kyrgyzstan Demchig Tegshjargal.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Meder Abakirov congratulated the ambassador on his appointment to this high position, wished him success in this responsible position, and also noted the high level of friendly relations between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues related to the development of bilateral relations, including the expansion of trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
In turn, Mongolian Ambassador Demchig Tegshjargal expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and assured that he would make every effort to further strengthen Kyrgyz-Mongolian relations during his diplomatic mission.
