According to the ministry, the meeting was chaired by Deputy Ministers Bakytbek Kadyraliev and Temirbek Erkinov.

The purpose of the meeting was to exchange professional experience, discuss international practices in medicine, personnel training, digitalization of healthcare, and opportunities for compatriots abroad to participate in the development of the domestic system.

During the discussion, specialists shared their experience working in leading global clinics and outlined proposals for developing domestic healthcare, including the implementation of modern technologies (including bronchoscopy and NGS diagnostics), digital solutions, improvements in oncology, pulmonology, transplantation, and anesthesiology care, hemodialysis, mobile clinics, and simplified licensing and training for physicians.

Most of the proposals were related to personnel issues. Participants expressed their willingness to facilitate the training of Kyrgyz specialists, organize internships, deliver lectures and expert presentations, and engage professors to perform surgeries and master classes. The issue of creating conditions for specialists to return to Kyrgyzstan and participate in professional projects was also raised.

The deputy ministers emphasized that the Ministry views the participation of foreign specialists as an important resource for the development of the domestic system and will systematically establish platforms for the further exchange of experience. The measures discussed included holding in-person and online meetings in countries with a high concentration of Kyrgyz doctors, the opportunity to speak at the Mirrakhimov readings, and participating in digital and personnel reforms.

In conclusion, Bakytbek Kadyraliev thanked the participants on behalf of the Minister of Health, Kanybek Dosmambetov, noting the state's interest in maintaining professional ties with compatriots abroad. "The personnel shortage in medicine is one of the key challenges facing the country. We are open to cooperation and will seek practical solutions that will enable us to leverage experience, knowledge, and technology for the benefit of our patients," he stated.

Meetings of this format will become regular. Ministry of Health will continue to create conditions for the participation of foreign specialists in scientific, educational, and clinical activities, including internship programs, expert support, and the repatriation of medical personnel.
