Bishkek, May 15, 2026. /Kabar/. In the city of Turkistan, Kazakhstan, Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev attended the informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
During the meeting, the ministers discussed cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and technological development, as well as topical aspects of further strengthening interaction within the Organization.
In his speech, Kulubaev noted that AI and digital technologies are becoming key factors in innovation, economic growth and public governance. In this regard, the need to develop joint digital infrastructure, expand cooperation in the field of cybersecurity, train personnel, and support innovative initiatives was noted.
Kyrgyz side also drew special attention to the importance of practical implementation of joint projects in the field of digitalization, development of transport and logistics interconnection, and strengthening technological cooperation between the OTS member states.
As a result of the meeting, the foreign ministers approved the agenda and outcome documents of the Council of Heads of State of the organization, and also decided to further strengthen the institutional and digital potential of its secretariat.
