Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2025 /Kabar/. On September 25, Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev attended the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in New York.
According to the MFA, at the event, chaired by the Republic of Azerbaijan, the parties discussed current issues on the CICA agenda and adopted a number of documents aimed at further institutional development of the Conference.
The head of the Kyrgyz delegation, Kulubaev, emphasized the importance of the Conference as a vital platform for multilateral dialogue and cooperation in the context of global transformations and challenges, and reaffirmed the Kyrgyz Republic's commitment to the principles of mutual respect, trust, and collective security.
The Kyrgyz Republic supported the adoption of the above-mentioned documents by consensus, reaffirming its readiness to continue to actively participate in strengthening sustainable and trusting relations between CICA member states.
