Kyrgyz-Georgian cooperation discussed in Tashkent

Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2025 /Kabar/. Ambassadors of Kyrgyzstan and Georgia to Uzbekistan Duishenkul Chotonov and David Kotaria discussed in Tashkent important issues of bilateral cooperation, the press service of the embassy reported.

At the meeting, held in a spirit of friendship and mutual understanding, the parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects of Kyrgyz-Georgian relations. In particular, issues related to the development of cultural-humanitarian, political and economic ties were in the spotlight.

The ambassadors also touched upon the opportunities for expanding cooperation between the two countries within the framework of the UN and other international organizations. The need to support common initiatives and strengthen joint efforts in this area was noted.

As a result of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to deepen the friendly and mutually beneficial partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Georgia. The ambassadors noted that such a trusting dialogue will continue to have a positive impact on the cooperation between the two countries.
