Bishkek, Oct. 22, 2025 /Kabar/. In January-September 2025, the Guarantee Fund OJSC issued 440 guarantees for the development of women's businesses. According to the company, this is 40 percent of the total number of guarantees issued. The total guarantee amount was 369 million 53 thousand soms, which allowed women entrepreneurs to attract more than 1 billion 527 million soms in loans.
Sectoral distribution:
- agriculture - 64%;
- trade - 22%;
- transport - 4%;
- services - 3%;
- mortgage - 2%;
- tourism - 2%;
- industry - 2%;
- construction - 0.5%;
- agricultural product processing - 0.2 %.
The tourism sector is in the lead in terms of the volume of guarantees issued - 90 million 299 thousand soms.
Next in line are:
- trade - 82 million 816 thousand soms;
- agriculture — 63 million 536 thousand soms;
- industry — 58 million 594 thousand soms;
- services — 55 million 779 thousand soms;
- mortgage — 9 million 313 thousand soms;
- transport — 7 million 482 thousand soms;
- construction — 1 million 170 thousand soms;
- processing of agricultural products — 61 thousand soms.
In May 2025, Guarantee Fund launched a new mortgage product called Kelechek. So far, nine women have been able to purchase their own housing through this program. The goal of the program is to assist citizens in purchasing housing when they have insufficient or no down payment when obtaining a mortgage loan.
Kelechek mortgage guarantee is available from the following five partner banks: Aiyl Bank, Eldik Bank, MBank, Dos-Kredobank, and Commercial Bank KSB.
