Bishkek, Jan. 30, 2026. /Kabar/. Azamat Iskembaev, a Kyrgyz national, announced the launch of Akural Technologies, an American technology company registered in the United States. He made the announcement in an official statement.
According to him, the company is developing Akural Shield technology, a new architecture for verifying critical digital actions and digital trust.
Akural Shield does not use passwords, PIN codes, SMS messages, or one-time codes, does not transmit cryptographic keys, and does not rely on data that can be stolen or intercepted. Actions are verified based on structural validity, not by entering information, the statement said.
It is reported that a provisional patent application for the Akural Shield technology has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the project is patent pending. A second patent is also being prepared, related to the fundamental principle underlying the technology's architecture.
According to the founder, negotiations are currently underway with government digital agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic, discussing the format of a memorandum of understanding and a regulatory sandbox, as well as the preparation of international reference pilots.
At this stage, the priority is validating the architectural principle rather than accelerating the commercialization of the technology, he said in the statement.
Iskembaev noted that the launch of Akural Technologies is seen as a contribution to the development of fundamental technologies and as an example of how Kyrgyzstan can produce international-level technological developments.
In conclusion, it is reported that Akural Technologies has officially launched its operations, the technology has been created, patent protection has been launched, and international dialogue on the project has begun.
