Bishkek, April 28, 2025. /Kabar/. President Sadyr Zhaparov held a meeting with Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye Numan Kurtulmuş as part of his official visit to Kyrgyzstan.
The press service of the head of state reported that the parties discussed issues of strategic cooperation, strengthening inter-parliamentary ties, as well as further development of bilateral relations in various areas.
The head of state noted that he attaches particular importance to strengthening partnership with fraternal Turkiye. He emphasized that there is great untapped potential for expanding bilateral cooperation in the political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian and military-technical spheres.
IChairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye Numan Kurtulmuş, thanking for the warm welcome, conveyed cordial greetings to President Sadyr Zhaparov from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and expressed deep respect for the people of the fraternal republic.
He confirmed the readiness of the Turkish side to actively participate in the implementation of joint projects and initiatives aimed at developing bilateral cooperation in various fields, including inter-parliamentary interaction.
