Bishkek, April 3, 2025. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov met with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev as part of his working visit to Samarkand.
The presidential press service reported that the issues of further deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries were discussed, including expanding trade and economic cooperation, implementing joint investment projects and strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties.
The leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan reaffirmed their commitment to the principles of good neighborliness, mutual respect and constructive dialogue to effectively address common challenges and strengthen regional security.
