Bishkek, Oct. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstani athlete Meerim Zhumanazarova continues her successful run at the World Wrestling Championships, currently taking place in Astana.
According to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, competing in the under 68 kg weight category, she has advanced to the tournament's semifinals and will now vie for a spot in the world championship final.
In the semifinal bout, Meerim will face an athlete from Mongolia, Enkhsaikhan Delgermaa.
The semifinal matches begin today at 17:30 Bishkek time.
