Bishkek, Oct. 20, 2025 /Kabar/. President Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Kyrgyz Law on Ratification of International Labor Organization Convention No. 181 concerning private employment agencies, adopted in Geneva on June 3, 1997. The law was adopted by the Zhogorku Kenesh on September 25, 2025. This convention is one of the fundamental documents of international employment law.
Ratification of this convention will contribute to the creation of an appropriate regulatory framework for private employment agencies, which can improve the quality of services provided by such agencies.
