Bishkek, May 27, 2026. /Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev met in New York with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Juric.
According to the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, during the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction the consistent development of Kyrgyz-Serbian relations and the significant potential for further expansion of cooperation in all areas in the spirit of friendship and mutual understanding.
The ministers discussed the prospects for deepening cooperation between the two states and emphasized the importance of activating political dialogue through the organization of mutual visits at various levels. Particular attention was paid to the issues of expanding trade and economic cooperation, strengthening the contractual and legal framework, and implementing joint initiatives of mutual interest.
As a result of the meeting, they reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation and expressed their readiness to continue close interaction on topical issues on the international and regional agenda, including within multilateral platforms.
