Bishkek, Sept. 10, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan has the potential to become a center of world science, founder of Akural Technologies, a visionary and architect of the future, Azamat Iskembayev told at Kabar Agency.

He announced the creation of a new technology called “Energy-neutral storage and computing of the new generation Akural” and presented a hypothesis that considers information as a three-dimensional cube.

“This discovery proves that information can be stored and retrieved without energy costs, without the use of chips and cooling systems. Calculations in Akural are not a process, but reading an existing order. My discovery is based on a fundamental principle that I call Iskembaev's law: there is absolute order, and everything else is just a description of it. In this way, we replace the traditional idea of entropy and chaos. Chaos does not exist, it is only a limitation of our perception," Iskembaev explained.

He noted that he will apply for the Nobel and Abel Prizes in the near future.

During the press conference, Iskembaev presented a practical model of his technology — Akural Cube, which resembles a Rubik's cube in shape.

“The classic Rubik's cube has 43 quintillion combinations, while the Akural Cube has a number comparable to the number of atoms in the Universe. When you hold this cube, it's like holding three universes at the same time. Even the most powerful computer cannot go through all the options. But each combination is not chaos, but a reflection of symmetry. The cube serves as a tool for developing intelligence, training memory and thinking, and preventing cognitive diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer's. It can be used in schools and universities, it develops fine motor skills in children and can become an alternative to gadgets,” the innovator said.

In addition, Iskembaev said that a plant for the production of Akural Cube is planned to open in the city of Tokmok at the end of September. At the first stage, 20 thousand units will be produced.
