Bishkek, Feb. 24, 2025. /Kabar/. More than 23 thousand tons of sausages were produced in Kyrgyzstan in 2024.
According to data of the Ministry of Agriculture, the production and export of sausages over the past 5 years has had a positive trend. There are 38 enterprises in the national register of producers of meat and sausage products.
There are 25 enterprises in the register of enterprises admitted to sell their products on the territory of the EAEU countries. If in 2022, 12 thousand 621.5 tons of sausages were produced in Kyrgyzstan, then in 2023 16 thousand 964 tons, and in 2024 23 thousand 427.9 tons of sausages, of which 1,103.3 tons of products were exported. Sausage products produced in Kyrgyzstan are mainly exported to Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan.
