Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2025. /Kabar/. On the sidelines of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly on September 25 in New York, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev held a bilateral meeting with Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi.
According to the Kyrgyz MFA, the main outcome of the meeting was the signing of an Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman on mutual visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports. This step opens new opportunities for simplifying diplomatic and official contacts, strengthening political dialogue, and expanding cooperation between the countries. During the conversation, the parties also discussed prospects for the further development of bilateral relations and interaction within international organizations.
