Bishkek, May 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Secretary of Security Council of Kyrgyzstan Adilet Orozbekov participated in third meeting of Security Councils Secretaries in Central Asia and Russia format, which was held in Moscow, Russia.
The meeting discussed the implementation of the Joint Action Plan for 2025-2027, approved at the second "Central Asia and Russia" summit held in Dushanbe on October 9, 2025.
The participants also exchanged views on the current situation in the field of ensuring international and regional security.
Adilet Orozbekov noted the need to further maintain the pace of cooperation between the countries within the format, including on countering the spread of radical ideas, combating the drug threat and cyberattacks.
In addition, proposals were made to improve interaction in the field of emergency management, as well as to remove administrative barriers in order to increase the efficiency of transport arteries for the smooth flow of exports and imports.
