Bishkek, Aug 3, 2026 /Kabar/. The construction of the ethno-village "Nomad World", one of the main venues of the VI World Nomad Games, continues in the Kyrchyn pasture. According to the organizers, 70 percent of the events and sports competitions will be held in this pasture.
The ethno-village will be a unique space that will showcase nomadic civilization. Modern equipment such as LED screens will not be used here. On the contrary, houses will be built based on architectural models that have been characteristic of our region since the Middle Ages. Natural materials such as soil, clay, and stone will be used in the construction.
It will feature two ethno-zones reflecting the culture of nomadic peoples, 21 lightweight houses, as well as about 40 mud houses in the food zone.
After the Games, the ethno-village facilities will be used as a venue for tourist and international cultural events.
