Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2025 /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov met with Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Russia, Vasil Shaikhraziyev, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan on working visit.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, during the conversation, Edil Baisalov warmly welcomed the guest, noting the active development of Kyrgyz-Tatarstan relations. He congratulated the Tatarstan side on the successful conduct of the recent elections for the Head of Tatarstan and noted the high role of Rustam Minnikhanov as an elder statesman of the Turkic world, as well as his active participation in life of the global Islamic community.
The parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in the trade, economic, scientific, technical, and humanitarian spheres, and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the traditionally fraternal relations between Kyrgyzstan and Tatarstan.
