Bishkek, Oct. 15, 2026. /Kabar/. The State Mortgage Company informed Kabar that in the near future, over 500 apartments in Karakol city, 576 in Cholpon-Ata, and more than 1,000 apartments in Manas city will be handed over.
Additionally, in Bishkek, 1,320 apartments located at the intersection of Volkov and Kustanai streets will be commissioned for use.
Furthermore, there are plans to hand over 918 apartments by the end of the year as part of the first phase of the premium-class residential complex "Yntymak."
It should be noted that the construction of over 83,000 apartments is currently underway across the republic. Plans are in place to commission 20,000 of these apartments for use by the end of 2026.
