Bishkek, Oct. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. There is a great deal of interest from parties looking to invest in Kyrgyzstan. However, it is necessary to analyze every proposal in detail, adopt a pragmatic approach, and build cooperation that is mutually beneficial for both the state and the investor. President Sadyr Zhaparov told during the national meeting held at "Yntymak Ordo" to discuss strategic objectives for the next five years.

According to the president, over the coming five-year period, alongside attracting new technologies, acquiring expertise, and expanding production capacity, Kyrgyzstan must shift its focus from the sheer volume of investments to their quality.

"We will continue our efforts to further simplify the procedures for obtaining permits, concluding investment agreements, and providing support to investors. Our task goes beyond merely attracting capital. We must create all the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of projects, the creation of new jobs, the growth of production, and the long-term development of the economy.
We cannot allow bureaucratic delays or force investors to run from one office to another; if an investor is genuine, you must provide them with every possible form of assistance and keep the process moving forward," the head of state says.
