According to the financial regulatory authority, the reason for the replacement of licenses was the change of the bank's corporate name.
Thus, from March 12, 2026, the new name of the bank was approved as follows:
Open joint-stock company ABank (OJSC ABank).
Previously issued licenses were reissued due to the renewal of the bank's name.
