Bishkek, Oct. 3, 2025 /Kabar/. On October 2, 2025, a regular board meeting of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry was held, chaired by Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev.
The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said that the meeting addressed key issues on the country's foreign policy and economic agenda. Particular attention was paid to the results of the Central Asia-China Summit, which has become an important platform for strengthening regional cooperation.
Participants discussed the priority areas of the Kyrgyz Republic's chairmanship in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) for 2025-2026, focusing on strategic initiatives and projects that will strengthen international cooperation and the country's image.
Furthermore, the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in supporting the development of Kyrgyzstan's agriculture through international partnerships figured prominently on the agenda. Specific objectives were identified to assist the agricultural sector in accessing foreign markets and attracting investment and technology to the agricultural sector.
Following the meeting, Jeenbek Kulubaev issued a number of instructions aimed at achieving these goals, increasing the effectiveness of foreign policy, and strengthening the international position of the Kyrgyz Republic.
