Bishkek, March 13, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's economic indicators could exceed previously established targets by 2030. This was announced today at briefing by Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Choro Seyitov.

According to the deputy minister, despite the approved target of $30 billion, the current dynamics allow for more optimistic forecasts.

"According to our preliminary estimates, we will exceed this figure. It's quite possible that by 2030, GDP will reach approximately $31-32 billion. By the end of 2025, our GDP will already be around 2 trillion soms, and per capita GDP will reach $3,000," he emphasized.

Speaking about plans for 2026, Choro Seyitov noted that the department forecasts economic growth of 8.5-8.6%. This positive trend is expected to be supported by all sectors of the economy.

Key growth drivers in 2026:

  • Construction;
  • Services;
  • Industry and manufacturing;
  • Transportation and logistics.
