Bishkek, Aug.14, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Naryn Oblast and the Qatar Charitable Organization signed a memorandum of cooperation, the regional state administration reported.
According to the document, the parties will collaborate on implementing social and charitable projects in Naryn Region, providing support to those in need, and implementing joint initiatives aimed at the socioeconomic development of the region.
The signing ceremony was attended by First Governor Erkinbek Chekirbaev, Deputy Governor Zhyldyz Mambetova, Director of the Qatar Charitable Organization Abdulkadir Al-Imam Al-Bashair, and Program Director Firas Al-Khasawneh.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed future areas of cooperation and noted the importance of jointly implementing social projects that benefit the population of the Naryn Oblast.
