Bishkek, Jan. 30, 2026. /Kabar/. State Secretary Arslan Koichiev, January 30, attended the solemn opening of international computer test center on the basis of the "Kyrgyztest" state institution under the National Commission for state language and language policy under the President.
The opening ceremony was also attended by representatives of the presidential administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Parliament, the international company National Educational Network (NEN), the National Academy of Sciences, the National Commission for state language and language policy under the President, and others.
During the event, State Secretary noted that the opening of international computer test center on the basis of "Kyrgyztest" state institution is an important step in the implementation of the state language policy.
As part of the event, a presentation was made on the activities of the international computer test center, its technical capabilities, and the main directions of international cooperation. Participants also got acquainted with the testing process.
The international computer testing center, opened on the basis of the state institution "Kyrgyztest", is aimed at providing citizens with testing services that meet modern requirements, as well as implementing assessment mechanisms recognized at the state and international levels.
