Bishkek, Jan. 16, 2026. /Kabar/. Orthopedist and academician Sabyrbek Zhumabekov, speaking on Birinchi Radio, stated that the sustainable development of the healthcare system relies on the country's economic growth.
According to him, noticeable positive changes have already been observed in the country's healthcare sector this year.
He noted that approximately 30 new medical facilities were built in the country by the end of last year. Construction is currently ongoing on more than 32 healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, family and research centers.
"This clearly demonstrates that the state's domestic policy is moving in the right direction," the academician emphasized.
