Bishkek, Feb. 23, 2026. /Kabar/. The in-flight catering center of Manas Management company held a working meeting with representatives of Aeromar, one of the largest in-flight catering operators in the CIS and Eastern Europe.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for strategic collaboration in the production and supply of in-flight catering, the exchange of professional experience, the implementation of modern quality and food safety standards, and the development of the companies' technological base. Particular attention was paid to optimizing the in-flight catering center's production processes, expanding the range of dishes to meet the requirements of international airlines, and improving the level of service for passengers.

Aeromar is a recognized industry leader and has been providing in-flight catering to leading Russian and international airlines for many years. The company operates modern, high-tech production facilities, implements automated quality control systems, and strictly adheres to international HACCP standards and aviation safety requirements. Aeromar actively develops its own culinary concepts, collaborates with professional chefs, implements international service standards, and regularly updates its menu to reflect global gastronomic trends and air carrier demands. The company's production processes are built with an emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and consistent product quality.

The discussion focused on opportunities for sharing technological solutions, best production practices, and management approaches, as well as staff training and professional development.

"The implementation of the agreements reached is expected to increase the production capacity of the In-Flight Catering Center, expand the range of services provided, and strengthen its position in the regional and international aviation service markets," noted Aman Mamaev, Director of commerce at Airports of Kyrgyzstan JSC.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in further developing professional cooperation and implementing joint initiatives aimed at modernizing production facilities and improving the quality of aviation services.
