Bishkek, Nov. 25, 2025. /Kabar/. More than 10 documents related to strengthening the joint defense system will be signed following the upcoming CSTO summit in the Kyrgyz capital, Sagynbek Abdumutalip, head of the foreign policy department of the presidential administration said.
According to him, the meeting is expected to result in the signing of more than ten decisions aimed at further strengthening collective defense mechanisms, improving security interactions among the organization's member states, and expanding military-political cooperation.
The department head continued that the summit will take place on November 26-27 and will be a key event in the final phase of Kyrgyzstan's chairmanship of the CSTO.
"In 2026, the CSTO chairmanship will pass from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation, which will ensure continuity and further development of joint initiatives within the organization," Abdumutalip noted.
