Bishkek, Feb. 25, 2025. /Kabar/. The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NBKR) reached record figures in 2024 for international reserves, assets and profit, the bank’s Chairman Melis Turgunbaev told at a briefing in Bishkek.
According to his data, record figures were achieved for:
- NBKR international reserves reached 5.1 billion US dollars (in 2023 –3.2 billion dollars).
- NBKR assets reached 550.1 billion soms (in 2023 – 446.1 billion soms);
- NBKR profit amounted to 45.7 billion soms (in 2023 – 12.4 billion soms).
