Bishkek, Oct. 14, 2025. /Kabar/. National Bank has issued a permit for the establishment of a new financial institution, Bereket Bank CJSC. The corresponding decision was made by the regulator's board on October 10, 2025, the National Bank reported. This is the fourth permit for the establishment of a bank issued by the regulator in recent months. In August 2025, licenses were issued for Alma Finance Bank CJSC, Muras Bank CJSC, and Asman Bank CJSC.
Furthermore, in September, the National Bank authorized the establishment Kylym Bank OJSC. Earlier, in January 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted a resolution establishing this bank with 100% state participation and an authorized capital of 1 billion soms.
