Bishkek, Sept. 29, 2025 /Kabar/. A new poultry farm has opened in the Kyrgyz Republic, financed by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund through Eldik Bank. According to the Fund, the farm was among 67 enterprises inaugurated online by President Sadyr Zhaparov on August 29.
The Fund allocated $500,000 for the construction of a modern complex, including a mini-feed mill, as well as for the purchase of equipment and poultry. Currently, the farm has reached a production capacity of 27,000 eggs per day, which are supplied to the Jalal Abad region market. It is noted that thanks to the Foundation's support, not just a single poultry farm has been created here, but an entire ecosystem: from growing its own grain and producing feed to supplying finished products to local stores. A key feature is it has own feed mill, which purchases raw materials, including from local farmers, creating a multiplier effect for the regional economy. A key advantage of the enterprise is its complete self-sufficiency in feed, thanks to its own feed mill with a daily production capacity of 7 tons. This allows for quality control at all stages and reduces dependence on imported components.
The project has already had a significant socioeconomic impact. Initially, 13 jobs were created at the poultry farm, and the plan is to expand the workforce to 25, which will significantly contribute to the development of the Jalal Abad region.
