Bishkek, Aug. 25, 2026. /Kabar/. Today, August 25, the head of the National Investment Agency Ravshanbek Sabirov signed an additional agreement on amendments to the investment agreement concluded between the Cabinet of Ministers and the "Central Asian Energy Company" LLC.
According to the National Investment Agency, the document will allow starting the next stage of the implementation of the modernization project of Junda oil refinery.
Recall that this enterprise, with a capacity of 800 thousand tons of oil refining per year, is one of the largest investment projects in Kyrgyzstan. Modernization work is underway on the basis of agreement between the National Investment Agency and the "Central Asian Energy Company" LLC.
