Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan ranked 22nd in the ranking of countries by public-private partnership (PPP) development, demonstrating significant progress in attracting investment, Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic told at press conference in Kabar news agency.

According to him, the total investment portfolio of PPP projects currently amounts to 434 billion soms and includes 90 projects. Compared to the same period in 2024, the investment volume has increased by 21.7%, demonstrating growing interest from both domestic and foreign investors.

Ravshanbek Sabirov noted that Kyrgyzstan's improved position in international rankings was made possible by consistent government policies to develop the investment climate, improve legislation, and create a favorable business environment. Specifically, investment project support procedures were optimized, investor protection measures were strengthened, and public-private partnership mechanisms were expanded.

"Today, the country has created all the necessary conditions for investors. As a result, Kyrgyzstan has risen from 68th to 22nd place in the relevant international ranking," he said.
