Bishkek, Jan. 30, 2026. /Kabar/. The project portfolio of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center includes more than 90 projects, and the total volume of private investments exceeds 434 billion soms, PPP center reports.
According to the information, today 65 projects are in the active implementation stage. Last year, 14 new agreements were signed in the fields of transport, logistics, agriculture, ecology and waste management, tourism, education and communications, attracting more than 3.9 billion US dollars of private investment to the country's economy.
These include the construction and operation of the “Kelechek” alternative toll tunnel (Bishkek-Osh highway) through the “Too-Ashuu” pass in 2025”, the implementation of the “Trans-Eurasian Route” project, the construction and operation of the eastern bypass of Bishkek, and the construction and management of a trade and logistics center in the city of Kara-Suu.
There were also projects aimed at modernizing regional infrastructure and the healthcare sector. These include the “Bulak” sports and health complex in Osh, the U Nexus Hub innovation center created on the basis of the International University of Kyrgyzstan, as well as a magnetic resonance tomography (MRI) center on the basis of the Osh Interregional Unified Clinical Hospital.
In addition, last year, the PPP Academy was established through a joint initiative of the PPP Center and the Eurasian Development Bank.
