Bishkek, May 22, 2025. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov took part in Budapest in the informal summit of the heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
The press service of the head of state said that the summit was held within the framework of Kyrgyzstan's chairmanship in the organization.
Following the event, the leaders of the OTS member states signed and adopted the following documents:
Budapest Declaration of the Organization of Turkic States;
Decision on "Extending the term of office of the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States";
Decision on the membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Turkic Culture and Heritage Fund;
Statement of the Council of Heads of State on Afghanistan.
