Bishkek, March 5, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's agricultural sector has recorded success in exports and international cooperation, Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry reports.
According to the ministry, the following agricultural products were exported from the country in 2025:
To Russia – 40 tons of lentil seeds;
To Japan – 1,500 tons of Lagenaria pumpkin seeds;
To China – the first shipment of 23 tons of dried plums;
The hybrid of Oktyabrskaya 70 corn has been sent to Uzbekistan for testing.
The ministry plans to continue projects to expand exports and strengthen international cooperation.
