Bishkek, Jan. 27, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov received Almambet Shykmamatov, Chairman of the State Tax Service, on January 27, the presidential press service reported.
Chairman of the State Tax Service briefed the head of state on the progress of the second stage of tax system reform. Its key element was the implementation of the automated tax analysis information system, "Salyk Kuzot."
Almambet Shykmamatov noted that before the implementation of this system, State Tax Service employees were forced to work with multiple sources and manually extract information on taxes, insurance premiums, and company reports. Now, all data is collected on a single platform.
He also demonstrated the capabilities of the new system to President Sadyr Zhaparov, highlighting tax revenue indicators by region, district, and city. The system also displayed companies that had not paid VAT online.
Following the meeting, President Sadyr Zhaparov gave a number of instructions to State Tax Service Chairman Almambet Shykmamatov aimed at further implementing the "Salyk Kuzot" platform, systematically working with entrepreneurs on tax compliance, and ensuring transparency and legality in business operations.
